Physical and Chemical Properties

This product is a white to pale yellow, high-melting-point wax with multiple functions, including lubrication, dispersion, gloss enhancement, mold release, smoothing, anti-sticking, and anti-static properties. It has excellent coupling and dispersibility with pigments and fillers, along with good compatibility with most plastics, making it a widely used broad-spectrum lubricant. It is approved for use in food packaging materials (GB9685). The product is insoluble in conventional organic solvents and water at room temperature but dissolves in hot solvents such as xylene, chloroform, and butanol. The powdered form exhibits wettability above 80℃. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, and water-based media, with a flash point of approximately 280℃ and a bulk density of 0.42-0.51 (25℃).

Packaging and Storage

The product is packaged in composite bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag and 1000kg per pallet. The packaging complies with international regulations. During transportation, avoid direct sunlight and rain. The storage period is 1 year, it is recommended to store in a dark, dry, cool, and ventilated place. After 1 year, if the inspection is still qualified, it can still be used. This product should be stored and transported according to the regulations for general industrial chemicals.
