Physical and Chemical Properties
This product has good lubricity and moderate slipperiness, can effectively control the friction coefficient of the material surface between 0.3 and 0.5, prevent excessive or insufficient friction resistance, avoid the entanglement of the walking rollers and roller shafts during the production of cast film, and is beneficial for film printing and compounding, with good thermal stability. It can be used in plastic (material) processing above 310℃ without turning black or tasting, due to its large molecular weight, it migrates slowly to the plastic surface, which is beneficial for cast film and plastic packaging materials, does not affect the rolling and sealing effect, reduces fouling and roller contamination, the amount increases with the continuous growth of high-temperature resistant polymers, more useful in the process of film casting in engineering plastics. It will migrate on the surface layer of polypropylene copolymers (and can control the migration rate) but will not migrate in the core layer of polypropylene homopolymers, allowing it to be used in food containers and packaging materials (GB9685).

The product is packed in composite bags with a net weight of 20kg or 25kg per bag. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The storage period is 1 year. It is recommended to store in a dark, dry, and ventilated place. After 1 year, it can still be used if it passes inspection. This product should be stored and transported according to general industrial chemical regulations.
