Product Application

    • Serves as an internal lubricant and mold release agent for hard PVC, PP, PS, and other plastics.

    • Suitable for non-toxic transparent PVC twist films and transparent PVC granule lubrication, providing excellent transparency and anti-adhesive properties.

  • Used in glass fiber reinforced PA, PBT, PET, PP, ABS, PC, POM to:

    • Prevent glass fiber exposure

    • Improve surface smoothness

    • Reduce processing temperature and screw torque

    • Reduce machine wear, extend equipment life, and save energy

  • Functions as a lubricant and dispersant for ABS dyeing and polyester masterbatches, improving color uniformity and processing efficiency.

  • Acts as a release agent and lubricant for electroplating, welding aids, and metal processing (metal powder and wire metallurgy), enhancing surface finish and reducing processing friction.

Packaging and Storage

The product is packaged in composite bags with a net weight of 25kg per bag. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The Storage period is 1 year. It is recommended to store in a dark, dry, and ventilated place. After 1 year, if the inspection is still qualified, it can still be used. This product should be stored and transported according to the regulations for general industrial chem.
