Physical and Chemical Properties

This product is a waxy solid with a flash point of about 385℃, it has effects such as smoothness, lubrication, mold release, dispersion, scratch resistance, and wear resistance. It is insoluble in water and has good stability to heat, oxygen, and ultraviolet light. It has better thermal decomposition stability than traditional amide products with a larger molecular weight, lower polarity, lower concentration on the surface, less likely to produce surface precipitation and frost spraying, and less impact on the printing performance of film products. It can achieve stable friction coefficients in multi-layer composite films. This product has passed the EU reach green environmental testing, complies with the EU RoHS environmental directive, and is allowed for use in food containers and food packaging materials (GB9685).

Packaging and Storage

The product is packaged in composite bags, with a net weight of 20kg/25kg per bag and 1000kg per pallet. The packaging complies with international regulations. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The storage is 6 months. It is recommended to store in a dry and ventilated place. Temperatures exceeding 35℃ may cause cracking or discoloration. After 6 months, it can still be used if it passes inspection. This product should be stored and transported according to general industrial chemical regulations.
